TERMS OF SERVICE – ZYLER-INFINI

1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Zyler-Infini. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Zyler-Infini website (the "Site") and any related services, content, and products (collectively, the "Services") provided by Zyler-Infini ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing, browsing, or using our Site and Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our Site or Services.

  • Pricing: All prices are listed in AED and are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for typographical errors regarding price or product information. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders placed for that product.

  • Orders: Your receipt of an order confirmation email does not constitute our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. We may require additional verification before shipping any order.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The Site and all content therein, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product designs, software, and the overall "look and feel" (collectively, the "Content"), are the exclusive property of Zyler-Infini or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. "Zyler-Infini" and our logo are registered trademarks.

  • Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of Zyler-Infini or any third party.

  • Transmit any material that is unlawful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

  • Engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Site or its servers and networks.

  • Use any robot, spider, or other automatic device to monitor or copy any Content.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

  • Site Use: THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZYLER-INFINI DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

  • Limitation of Liability: IN NO EVENT SHALL ZYLER-INFINI, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE, SERVICES, OR PRODUCTS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO ZYLER-INFINI FOR THE PRODUCT OR SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Zyler-Infini and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from: (i) your use of and access to the Site; (ii) your violation of any term of these Terms; or (iii) your violation of any third-party right, including any intellectual property or privacy right.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Zyler-Infini. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. You access such links at your own risk.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
