What is your jewelry made of?
We offer three distinct collections to suit your lifestyle:
- The Waterproof Collection (316L & 304L Stainless Steel): High-quality medical-grade steel with PVD Gold Coating. These pieces are designed for everyday wear.
- The Sterling Collection (925 Silver): Made from genuine 925 Sterling Silver. A timeless precious metal that offers a brilliant, classic shine.
- The Trend Collection (Copper): Crafted from a copper base with high-quality gold plating. Perfect for trendy, detailed designs at an accessible price.
Can I wear my jewelry in the shower or pool?
It depends on which collection you are wearing:
- Stainless Steel (316L/304L): YES. These are 100% waterproof, sweatproof, and tarnish-resistant. You can wear them while swimming, showering, or exercising.
- Sterling Silver & Copper: NO. We recommend removing these pieces before contact with water, perfumes, or lotions to preserve their shine and plating.
Will the jewelry turn my skin green?
- Stainless Steel & Sterling Silver: No. These are hypoallergenic and generally will not cause skin discoloration.
- Copper: Our copper pieces are finished with a thick plating to prevent reaction. However, depending on your skin's acidity (pH level), copper can sometimes react after prolonged wear. If you have very sensitive skin, we recommend our Stainless Steel or Sterling Silver collections.
Does the jewelry tarnish?
- Stainless Steel: No, it is immune to rust and tarnishing.
- Sterling Silver: Over time, silver can naturally oxidize (darken), but it can easily be polished back to new with a jewelry cloth.
- Copper: Over time, the plating may fade if exposed to chemicals or water.

How long will it take to receive my order?
We know you want your jewelry fast. Here are our estimated delivery timelines:
- All Over UAE: 1–2 Business Days.
- Orders placed before 12:00 PM (UAE time) are processed the same day.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an Email with your tracking number and a link to the courier's website. You can follow your package's journey right to your doorstep.
What if I am not home when the courier arrives?
Don't worry! Our courier partner will contact you via phone or WhatsApp before delivery. If you miss the delivery, they will attempt to deliver it again the next day or arrange a new time that suits you.

Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?
Absolutely. Your security is our top priority. Our website is encrypted with Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology, ensuring that your personal and banking details are 100% private and secure. We do not store your credit card information on our servers.
How does Cash on Delivery (COD) work?
If you choose COD at checkout, you will pay for your order in cash when the courier arrives at your doorstep.

Can I use a discount code with Tabby or Tamara?
Yes! You can absolutely apply a discount code to your order and still use Tabby or Tamara to split the remaining balance.
I was charged, but I didn't receive an order confirmation. What should I do?
Don't panic! This usually happens if there was a slight delay in the system or a typo in the email address.
- Check your Spam/Junk folder.
- If it's not there, verify your bank statement (or Tabby/Tamara app) to see if the transaction went through.
- Contact our support team via WhatsApp, and we will locate your order and resend the confirmation instantly.
What currency will I be charged in?
All orders are processed in UAE Dirhams (AED). If you are shopping internationally, your bank will convert the amount to your local currency based on their current exchange rates.
Warranty
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes! We want you to shop with confidence.
- Stainless Steel: Comes with a Lifetime Color Warranty. If the gold color ever fades, we will replace it for free.
- Silver & Copper: Covered by a 1-Year Warranty against manufacturing defects (such as broken clasps or loose stones).
- Note: Natural wear-and-tear or plating fading on copper/silver items is not covered.
