RETURN AND REFUND POLICY – ZYLER-INFINI

1. Our Commitment to Your Satisfaction
At Zyler-Infini, we are dedicated to crafting jewelry that embodies timeless elegance and exceptional quality. We want you to be completely delighted with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we offer a straightforward and fair Return and Refund Policy, as detailed below. This policy applies to all purchases made directly through the official Zyler-Infini website or our authorized boutiques.
2. Eligibility & Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges for items in their original, unworn, unaltered, and resalable condition, with all original tags, certificates, and packaging intact.

You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange. After this period, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds, except as required by law.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on earrings for pierced ears unless they are received faulty or damaged.

Custom-made, personalized, or engraved items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For the protection of all our customers, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Earrings for pierced ears (unless faulty).

Any item showing signs of wear, alteration, damage, or misuse.

Items not in their original packaging, including the protective pouch, presentation box, and authenticity/assay cards.

Gift cards and sale items marked as "Final Sale."
4. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To request a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

Contact Our Customer Care: Email us at support@zylerinfini.ae within the 30-day window. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return.

Receive Authorization: Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions. Returns will not be accepted without a valid RMA number.

Pack the Item Securely: Carefully repackage the item in its original packaging, including all certificates and documentation. Please include the copy of your invoice or packing slip. Securely seal the package.

Ship the Package: Send your return via a trackable and insured courier service to the address we provide. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping and for the item until it reaches our facility. We strongly recommend retaining your shipping proof. For exchanges, a shipping fee may apply.

Inspection & Processing: Once received, our Quality Assurance team will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet our return conditions. This process typically takes 5-7 business days from receipt at our facility.
5. Refunds

Timing: Upon successful inspection, we will process your refund to the original method of payment used for the purchase. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

Amount: The refund will be for the purchase price of the returned item(s). Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item shipped).

Sale Items: Items purchased on sale are refunded at the sale price paid.
6. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
We take great care in quality control and accurate order fulfillment. If, however, you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect:

Please notify us within 7 calendar days of delivery by emailing support@zylerinfini.ae with your order number, photos, and a detailed description of the issue.

We will provide a pre-paid return shipping label and will, at our discretion, promptly replace the item, issue a full refund (including shipping costs), or repair it if possible.

This is in addition to your statutory rights, which are not affected.
7. Exchanges

We are happy to facilitate exchanges for a different size or style, subject to availability.

Exchanges are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item. You will be responsible for any price difference and any applicable exchange shipping fees.

If the desired exchange item is not available, we will issue a refund for the returned item.
8. International Returns
Customers returning items from outside the country of purchase are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and shipping costs. We recommend marking the package as "Returned Goods" to possibly avoid additional duties. The refund will be for the item's purchase price only; we cannot refund international duties or taxes originally paid.
9. Gift Returns
Items received as a gift may be returned for store credit only, issued in the form of an electronic gift card. The refund will be based on the item's original purchase price. The gift recipient must initiate the return using the order number provided with the gift.
10. Modifications to Policy
Zyler-Infini reserves the right to update, modify, or amend this Return and Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
