SHIPPING POLICY – ZYLER-INFINI

1. Our Commitment to Your Order

At Zyler-Infini, we understand the anticipation of receiving your fine jewelry. We are committed to ensuring your order reaches you with exceptional speed and the utmost care. Each piece is meticulously prepared for its journey, guaranteeing it arrives in perfect, presentation-ready condition.

2. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 1 business day (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM GST will be processed for same-day dispatch. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.

3. Shipping Within the United Arab Emirates

Zyler-Infini is proud to offer premium shipping services exclusively within the United Arab Emirates. We partner with trusted courier services to provide reliable, trackable delivery to all seven emirates.

4. Shipping Service, Delivery Time & Cost

We offer a single, expedited shipping service to ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible.

  • Next-Day Delivery: All orders are delivered the next business day after dispatch, to all regions within the UAE.

  • Delivery Cost:

    • Free Shipping: We offer complimentary next-day delivery on all orders where the purchase amount exceeds 100 AED & above.

    • Flat-Rate Shipping: A flat-rate shipping fee of 20 AED will be applied to all orders where the purchase amount is 99 AED or less.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your package's journey in real-time until its arrival. You can also view this information by logging into your Zyler-Infini account.

6. Shipping Address Accuracy

  • You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout, including recipient name, building number, street name, city, and contact number.

  • Zyler-Infini is not liable for delays or failed deliveries resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address. Any fees for address correction or re-delivery will be the responsibility of the customer.

7. Delivery & Package Acceptance

  • Signature Requirement: For security, all deliveries require a signature upon receipt. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to accept the package.

  • Failed Delivery Attempts: If the initial delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier will typically make a second attempt. If both attempts fail, the package will be held at a local depot for customer pickup. We will notify you of the depot details. Packages unclaimed after a holding period may be returned to us, subject to return and re-delivery fees.

8. Order Changes, Delays & Lost Packages

  • Address Changes: Please contact support@zylerinfini.ae immediately if you need to correct your shipping address. Changes can only be accommodated if the order has not yet been handed to the courier.

  • Delivery Delays: While we strive for next-day delivery, rare delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., severe weather, national holidays) may occur. We will communicate any known delays proactively.

  • Lost or Stolen Packages: If your tracking information indicates delivery but you have not received the package, please check with neighbors or your building's security. If the package remains missing, contact us immediately at support@zylerinfini.ae so we can initiate an investigation with the courier.
