  • Product Descriptions: We make every effort to display the colors, dimensions, and specifications of our 316L Stainless Steel, PVD gold-plated, and gemstone pieces as accurately as possible. However, because screen displays vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor will display exact hues or textures.
  • Pricing & Currency: All prices displayed on the Site are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED). We reserve the right to modify prices, discontinue items, or update specifications at any time without prior notice.
  • Typographical Errors: In the event that a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect specifications, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any orders placed for that item, whether or not the order has been confirmed. If your payment has already been processed, a full refund will be issued promptly.

  • Order Acceptance: The receipt of an order confirmation email does not constitute our final acceptance of an order. We reserve the right to accept, decline, or limit order quantities for any reason, including product availability, suspected unauthorized transactions, or courier delivery constraints.
  • Payment Methods: We accept major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard) through PCI-DSS-compliant payment processors, as well as Cash on Delivery (COD) within the UAE.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): By choosing COD, you commit to paying the full invoice amount in cash to the courier representative upon delivery. Repeated refusal to accept COD orders without a legitimate reason may result in suspension of COD privileges on future orders.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Fulfillment: Orders are dispatched across the UAE via express courier services, typically arriving within 1–2 business days. Regional GCC deliveries are fulfilled in accordance with standard carrier timelines.
  • Accurate Details: You agree to provide a complete and accurate delivery address, contact number, and recipient name. We are not liable for delayed or missed deliveries resulting from incomplete or incorrect recipient information.

6. Warranties & Guarantees

Our products are backed by dedicated quality commitments:

  • Lifetime Color Warranty: We guarantee our 316L Stainless Steel and Gold Vermeil jewelry will not fade, tarnish, rust, or turn your skin green from normal exposure to water, sweat, heat, or daily cosmetics. If fading occurs under normal use, we will provide a free replacement piece.
  • 1-Year Product Warranty: Covers manufacturing defects, setting integrity (e.g., cubic zirconia, tourmaline, mother of pearl), and structural clasp failures for 12 months from delivery.
  • Exclusions: Warranties do not cover intentional destruction, accidental loss, theft, third-party alterations, or damage resulting from unreasonable force.

7. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

All returns, refunds, and cancellations are handled in accordance with our [Return & Refund Policy]:

  • Customers may request a return or exchange within 30 calendar days of order delivery.
  • Returned items must be unworn, undamaged, unaltered, and retained in original packaging.
  • Pierced earrings cannot be returned once opened due to hygiene and sanitary regulations.
